The 8th Annual Women Build Nations Conference was held at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, WA October 12-14, 2018. The Conference highlighted and recognized the contributions and challenges of our tradeswomen in the construction industry. They offered workshops to help support tradeswomen, recruit and retain women in the trade and build leadership skills needed on the job and in the union.
