It is with great pride that we recognize Operating Engineers Local 12 District 7 Apprentice, Marysol Flores for her outstanding accomplishments and receiving the “Senator Ricardo Lara Award” for outstanding community service at the 3rd Annual Labor Breakfast and Worker Appreciation on September 21, 2018. Marysol is currently a Step 4 Apprentice and is employed by Sukut Construction as a grade checker and maintains an exemplary record in our Apprenticeship Program. Marysol has always been one to get involved with her union, whether it be working phone banks, walking door to door precinct’s appearing at city council hearing and always attending her district meetings. In my opinion, Marysol Flores, sets the bar for what a strong union member should be like.
