Work History Report for California’s Skilled and Trained Workforce Requirements
To assist our members and their employers with compliance with the California Skilled and Trained (STW) Requirements, the Fund Office has created a Work History Report that you may request and use as needed with your I.U.O.E. Local 12 signatory employer.

The web tool will allow you receive your Work History Report via Email and/or U.S. Mail usually by the next business day. You can also receive the report by calling the Fund’s Member Services Department at (866) 400-5200.
