Dues can be submitted by mail via check or can be made in person with a credit/debit card in every dispatch office.

Pension dues are $160.00 per year

When submitting your payment by mail, please write your registration number on your dues payment check and send it to the IUOE Local Union No. 12, Post Office Box 7109, Pasadena, CA  91109-7209.

Dues can also be made in person with a debit card or by credit card in every dispatch office.

“Good standing”, as defined in the International Union of Operating Engineers Constitution, is having “paid all current dues to the local union with thirty (30) days after they shall have become due and payable.”   If dues are 60-90 days in arrears, members are considered eligible for suspension and suspension will occur at the end of the 90 days.

Please be aware that in accordance with Article XXI, Section 5, of the By-Laws of Local Union No. 12, Burial Expense Fund, “Benefits shall not be paid to the beneficiaries of members who are not in good standing at the time of death.”

The above dues schedule is subject to change with Article VIII of Local Union No. 12 By-Laws.

Payments to this organization are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.
