Notice For Members Who Worked at Dept. Of Energy Facilities in Nevada
The Las Vegas Resource Center with the Department of Labor (DOL) has created a program called Energy Employees Occupational Illness Program Act. It is for men and women who worked for the Department of Energy (DOE), such as the Nevada Test Site, and got sick from exposure to toxic substances. The program provides compensation and medical benefits for those illnesses.
